Executive HR - Payroll

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Processes payroll every pay period
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records
  • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records

Sr. Executive Finance

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Posting entries in Tally ERP
  • Handling cash and bank transactions
  • Preparation of day-to-day expenses vouchers
  • Handle accounts & manage day to day accounting
  • Manage cash flow, finance & MIS
  • Monthly projection of Profit & Loss
  • To manage and schedule day to day finance operations
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries
  • Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities
  • Escalate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase order, contract, invoice and documentation
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements Prepare periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, & finalization of accounts etc.
  • Present data to managers, investors, and other entities
  • Sound knowledge in GST & TDS compliances
  • Well-versed with Income Tax

Qualification and Required Skills:

Operations Lead - MOBILITY

Location: Bengaluru

Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting and business unit operations.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Understanding the current business, operations and identifying scope for improvement
  • Stabilize the existing business units, improve capacity utilization, increase revenue and profitability
  • Identify new areas for expansion and lead the efforts required to commence the expansion
  • Planning and execution of overall targets on Revenue and profits
  • Lead the development of the Company Strategy and annual operating plans by collaborating with all partners and stakeholders.
  • Influence change and challenge current methodologies by presenting insightful analysis to leadership team that helps improve overall efficiency.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the company’s financial planning
  • Plan and perform risk management duties
