Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Overseeing the customer service process
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

  • Advising clients across various countries on Policy and Regulations 
  • Identifying potential clients/customers and partners
  • Pitching products and services to the clients 
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and generate new leads from existing and new clients
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Delivering PowerPoint presentations and preparing project reports for submission to client 
  • Preparing and submitting the responses for government tenders in the e-mobility domain 
Minimum Requirements:


Qualifications and Skill Required.

  • Candidate must have technical background with bachelors in Electrical or Power Engineering
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of consulting or research experience either in the power or e-mobility sector
  • Candidate must have solution-oriented approach 
  • Candidate with in-depth knowledge of the EV industry and its current events will be given preference
  • Candidates must have ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English with cross-cultural thinking
  • Proficiency in MS office Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel regularly, and  in some cases, extended stay in international countries and Indian cities on short notice 
  • The candidate should be self-disciplined and self-motivated

  • Regular follow-ups with the potential client to close deals 
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers

  • Preparing and submitting tender responses
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

Minimum Requirements:
