CPO SALES

Location: Bengaluru

As a Strategic Individual, the CPO Sales Lead is in charge of a broad scope of EV Charging Service-related activities. The individual will be primarily responsible for creating the EV charging network for various customer segments (In Residential, Public and Fleet/ Captive Segments)

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identifying potential clients, new leads & partners
  • Selling EV Charging Services of the company as per the sales target
  • Building the network of EV charging stations
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set-up meetings
  • Regular follow-ups with the potential client to close the deals
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partner chains and customers
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to generate new leads and pitch company’s solutions to the potential clients
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and solutions
  • Developing and submitting sales proposals on daily basis to potential clients
  • Signing contract agreement with clients

Qualification and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven sales experience of 3+years (E-mobility Industry experience will be preferred)
  • Any previous experience in building a physical asset-based network will be an advantage Person should be self-driven and capable to meet the sales target in a growing industry
  • Ability and experience in network expansion, handling pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with the ability to focus on all cost and revenue elements of the business
  • Availability to travel domestic in Tier -1 & Tier -2 Indian cities with extended stays
  • Experience with EV charging infrastructure set up is preferred
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong project and vendor management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Local language is a must

Operations Head - MOBILITY

Location: Bengaluru

Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting and business unit operations.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Understanding the current business, operations and identifying scope for improvement
  • Stabilize the existing business units, improve capacity utilization, increase revenue and profitability
  • Identify new areas for expansion and lead the efforts required to commence the expansion
  • Planning and execution of overall targets on Revenue and profits
  • Lead the development of the Company Strategy and annual operating plans by collaborating with all partners and stakeholders
  • Influence change and challenge current methodologies by presenting insightful analysis to leadership team that helps improve overall efficiency
  • Drive monthly forecasts, control annual budgets and prepare strategic business outlook Run weekly/Monthly cross-functional review meetings
  • Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new products and technology

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

Qualification & Required Skills:

Tender Specialist (Role ID - 57)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Review, analysis and preparation of Tenders, Proposals and Pre-qualification responses, including but not limited to the technical, commercial and contractual aspects of these documents
  • Manage all aspects of bid preparation efforts in accordance with various Clients’ Tender Procedures
  • Work with the Procurement Team and Sales Team to facilitate deal and risk reviews to avoid unknown, un-quantified risks during the bid preparation phases
  • Develop strong working partnerships with other functions (Project Control, Construction, Design, Architects, Procurement, Sales, Cost Control, Finance, Tax, Logistics, Customs, Warehouse etc.) to enable effective communication, on-time responses, improved information flow to help shape winning and profitable bids
  • To act as the company’s internal contact point for the customer during the enquiry and bidding processes
  • To handle incoming tenders and by keeping a prioritized listing of outstanding tasks, and analysis of tender requirements
  • To clarify subsequent documents and to prepare detailed tender documentations in a timely manner for contract engineering / commercial specialists to execute the contract
  • Preparation Request for Proposals and Obtaining Price Offers from Vendors during Tender Process as per Drawings and Specifications
  • Analyzes and resolves any of a wide variety of problems encountered through coordination with Internal team and Client representatives

Qualification & Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience of 4-6 years
  • Ability to read drawings and layouts is required with basic knowledge of AutoCAD functions as a benefit
